CTE at Rim of the World High School in Lake Arrowhead, California
The CTE program at Rim High provides students with high quality career oriented technical training, the skills necessary for a successful transition to post-secondary education or the workforce. We offer 18 classes across 9 distinct industry sectors, from Automotive Repair to Woodworking. Most of our CTE classes are part of a CTE Pathway, a program of consecutive classes designed to connect high school classes to college, industry certifications, and/or a career.
"Every Scot Counts is a movement started, with a goal of bringing Rim of the World together and showing everybody that they matter. I came up with the idea to make a video including as many sports, clubs, staff, students at Rim hoping that it will bring more unity as a school. I began filming around 5 months ago and have had so much fun working with all these great people. This video wasn't an assignment for a class and I did not get paid. I created this out of pure motivation and school spirit just trying to do my part to make the school a better place with my talents." — Jonathan Viero, Class of 2018, Rim Today: Seasons 15, 16, 17
